WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU CATER?

We cater a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, birthdays, graduations, holiday parties, and private gatherings. If you have something specific in mind, we're happy to tailor our services to your event.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM MENUS?

Yes! While we have a set menu of popular options, we are happy to adjust dishes, create themed menus, or accommodate special requests based on your event's needs and preferences.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options. Please let us know your guests' needs in advance so we can plan accordingly.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR CATERING?

Our standard minimum order is 40 guests. For smaller events, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

We recommend booking at least 7-14 days in advance, especially for large events or weekends. Events with over 150+ guests require a 3 week notice. However, we can often accommodate last-minute orders depending on availability.

CAN I SCHEDULE A TASTING?

Yes! Tastings are available for clients booking large events such as weddings or corporate banquets. Please contact us to schedule a tasting appointment.

HOW DO I BOOK?

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your event date. For large events like weddings, 50% of the estimated contract is due 60 days before your event date.

DO YOU PROVIDE SERVING EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS?

Only high quality disposable tableware, serving utensils, and napkins are included with pricing. Chafing dishes and displays are included for events at Bluebird Event Center anly.

DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY AND SET UP?

Yes, we offer delivery and set up for events at Bluebird Event Center. Inquire for pricing for other delievery and set up requests.

DO YOU PROVIDE STAFF FOR EVENTS?

Yes, we offer on-site buffet set up and attendants for events held at Bluebird Event Center. Staffing fees vary based on the size and duration of your event. Inquire for pricing for other delivery and set up requests.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Any cancellations made after the initial deposit will forfeit the deposit amount. For large events like weddings, customers cancelling within 59 days of the scheduled event forfeit the additional 30% deposit paid (50% of the total estimated contract).
